Light soy sauce Two spoons | Oil Appropriate amount |
Onion Two items |
Step 1
This is the yuba from Yingde Yingxi Peak Forest Corridor. It is a local specialty and is thinner than ordinary yuba.Step 2
Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add the yuba and cook for five or six minutes. Remove it, tear it into small pieces and put it in a bowl. My yuba is relatively thin, and when I was making it, my children had already gone home from school, so I was too busy to soak it. I suggest you soak it in water before making it. After soaking, you only need to blanch the yuba for two minutes before picking it up.Step 3
Pick up the yuba on the plate.Step 4
Smash three cloves of garlic and mix with light soy sauce in a small bowl. Cut the onions into shreds and soak them in cold water for a few minutes, so that the shape of the shreds will be beautiful.Step 5
Heat oil in a pot, turn off the heat when the oil is 90% hot.Step 6
Pour hot oil into a bowl with light soy sauce and garlic, mix with chopsticks.Step 7
Pour the soy garlic oil over the yuba while it's still hot.Step 8
Sprinkle with shredded green onions and a plate of boiled yuba is ready. No other condiments required, enjoy the purest deliciousness. Cooking tips for boiled yuba
