Ingredients
- Tenderloin 500g
- Celery 2 plants
- Soybean sprouts 150g
- Pixian Doubanjiang 2 tablespoons

- Peanut oil 15ml
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum 10 capsules

Steps
1. This time I bought small tenderloin strips, which are very tender. Cut them into thin slices and add wet starch, a little chicken powder, and a little vegetable oil. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Wash the celery, remove the old roots, cut into sections, and wash the soybean sprouts.
3. Add water to the soup pot. After it boils, first add the soybean sprouts and cook for a few minutes. When they are cooked, add the celery. Celery is easier to cook. Just cook for one minute. If it is cooked, it will not work. Delicious.
4. Take out the cooked celery and soybean sprouts and spread them on the bottom of the container for later use.
5. Add oil to the wok, heat it up and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
6. Add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until the red oil comes out. You can smell the rich spicy flavor.
7. Add appropriate amount of water to boil, taste and season with salt.
8. Add marinated meat slices piece by piece.
9. Wait until it boils again and the meat slices will be cooked. Be sure not to overcook it, otherwise it will not taste good.
10. Take out the meat slices and place them on top of the vegetables.
11. Add the meat soup and top with chopped chili and Sichuan peppercorns.
12. Heat the peanut oil in a wok, pour it on the Sichuan peppercorns and chili peppers, garnish with coriander, and the spicy and fragrant boiled meat slices are ready.
13. Serve with a bowl of rice.
