Bone Broth Hot Pot
Ingredients
- tube bone 1 bone
- Homemade ham 1 cut
- Yam 0.5 root
- Carrot 1 root
- Shiitake mushrooms 8 pieces
- Tea tree mushroom 50g
- Green vegetables 1 piece
- Milk 250ml
- Ginger slices 6 slices
- Scallions 1 piece
- Cooking wine 1 small spoon
- Salt 4 small spoons
- Sukiyaki Sauce 4 small spoons
Steps
1. Soak the tube bones in water for 30 minutes, then wash and set aside;
2. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add 3 slices of ginger, 1 green onion, cooking wine, and blanch the tube bones; take out and rinse with clean water;
3. Put the tube bones, 3 slices of ginger, 1 green onion, and appropriate amount of water into the stew pot;
4. Cover, turn on the power, and start "making soup";
5. When making soup, prepare the ingredients: soak mushrooms and tea tree mushrooms in advance and wash them; cut homemade ham into thick slices, peel and wash yams and carrots, and slice them; wash green vegetables;
6. Cook the soup for 2 hours, then add milk;
7. Add homemade ham sausage, shiitake mushrooms, tea tree mushrooms, yams, and carrots;
8. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly;
