Braised chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken legs 4 pieces
- Shiitake mushrooms 4 pcs
- Green pepper 1 piece
- Ginger A few slices
- Dried chili A few
- Dark soy sauce A spoonful
- Cooking wine A spoonful
- Salt A spoonful
- Pepper A spoonful
- Light soy sauce A spoonful
Steps
1. First prepare four chicken legs, wash them and cut them into small pieces.
2. Then cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
3. Cut the green pepper into pieces as well.
4. Then eat some ginger slices and prepare a few dried chili peppers.
5. Add rock sugar to cold oil in a cold pan, then start to melt over low heat until it turns brown-red.
6. Then turn up the heat and add the chicken legs and start frying.
7. Add a spoonful of dark soy sauce during the frying process.
8. Add another spoonful of cooking wine.
9. Add ginger slices and dried chilies and stir-fry.
10. Put the fried chicken legs into the casserole.
11. Add mushrooms and appropriate amount of water.
12. Start simmering over low heat. Add a spoonful of salt.
13. Add another spoonful of white pepper.
14. Add another spoonful of light soy sauce.
15. Then cover the lid and simmer for about 20 minutes.
16. Add green peppers at this time.
17. Simmer for about five minutes to reduce the juice.
18. The delicious braised chicken is ready.
