Braised noodles with eggs and tomatoes
Ingredients
- Eggs 3
- Tomato 2 pieces
- Onions One
- Garlic 4 capsules
- Noodles For two people
- Light soy sauce A spoonful
- Chicken essence A little
- Salt A little
- Dark soy sauce A spoonful
- Sesame oil A little
Steps
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes
2. Chop green onion and scallion into cubes
3. Cut the garlic into small pieces
4. Mix three eggs evenly
5. Add half a spoonful of salt and stir evenly
6. Hot oil in cold pot
7. Boil water on the other side, add noodles and start cooking
8. Pour the hot oil into the egg liquid and fry over medium heat
9. Use a shovel to stir-fry halfway through, and then put it out of the pot
10. Pour in the oil again, heat the oil, add the onion and garlic and stir-fry until the flavor develops
11. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry over medium heat to release the juice
