Braised pork ribs
Ingredients
- Pork Ribs 1000g
- Rock candy 14 pieces
- Onions and ginger 20 grams
- Eight anise 2 pcs
- Cinnamon 2 pieces
- Fragrance leaves 3 pieces
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Chicken essence 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce 1 spoon
- Dark soy sauce Appropriate amount
- Clear water Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Blanch the chopped ribs in a pot of cold water
2. Remove, rinse and control water
3. Heat oil in a pot, add rock sugar and stir-fry over low heat until it turns maroon color
4. Add the pork ribs and fry until browned
5. Add onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce
