Braised Sea Shrimp
Marine shrimp 1 catty | Garlic cloves 6 pieces |
Green onion 1 tael | Chili 2 pieces |
Peanut oil 3 spoons | Light soy sauce 2 spoons |
Oyster sauce 1 spoon | Old soy sauce Half Spoon |
Step 1
Since the shrimps I bought today are very clean, I didn’t process the shrimp intestines. I just boiled the water and blanch the shrimps until they change color.Step 2
Dish out the shrimps, drain and set aside; appropriate amount of garlic cloves, green onions, and chili peppers, wash and cut them and set aside; adjust the sauce proportions and set aside.Step 3
Heat a pan, add oil, add garlic cloves, and chili oil to bring out the flavor (you can omit the chili if you can't eat spicy food, my chili is also a non-spicy variety with color matching).Step 4
Then add the shrimp and stir-fry for about 1 minute.Step 5
Add green onion, pour in the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce from the ingredients and stir-fry together. Tips: If it is a non-stick pan, you can stir-fry it carefully to get a better taste. Generally, the wok is covered with a lid and simmered for a while to enhance the flavor. Be careful not to burn the pan.Step 6
To plate, you can pick up the shrimps one by one and place them uniformly, and pour the sauce over the noodles.Step 7
