Braised tofu with green onions
Tofu 500 grams | Onion 3 roots |
Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons | Old soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon |
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon | Pepper 1 small spoon |
Clear water 1 small bowl |
Step 1
Rinse the tofu and break it into chestnut-sized pieces with your hands. Use old tofu for tofu, not the tender tofu.Step 2
Wash the green onions and cut into diagonal sections.Step 3
Sauce: In a large bowl, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 small bowl of water, and an appropriate amount of salt. Stir evenly and set aside. Taste for saltiness.Step 4
