Ingredients
- Broccoli 150g
- Garlic cloves Three cloves

Steps
1. Prepare broccoli and garlic cloves
2. Remove the stems from the broccoli and cut it into small florets. You can peel off the stems and prepare them quickly. I will save them for next time
3. Put a small spoonful of salt in the basin and stir it
4. Add broccoli and soak for five minutes to soak out the little bugs inside
5. Take it out, rinse it and drain the water
6. Peel the garlic cloves and chop into minced garlic
7. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil. Add a small spoonful of salt and a few drops of cooking oil
8. Add the broccoli and continue to boil for one minute, take it out and put it on a plate
9. Put minced garlic and a spoonful of light soy sauce in a bowl
10. Add a few drops of sesame oil and mix well to make garlic sauce
