Cabbage (baby cabbage) tofu soup
Ingredients
- Baby cabbage One
- Tofu 250g
- Lean pork slices Seven or eight slices
- Ginger slices Four slices
- Light soy sauce Appropriate amount
- Cilantro Two
- Oil One tablespoon
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Sesame oil One teaspoon
Steps
1. Prepare baby cabbage, one, tofu, lean meat
2. Cut the meat into thin slices
3. Cut baby cabbage into long strips
4. Peel and slice the ginger
5. Marinate the meat slices with light soy sauce for 15 minutes
6. Cut coriander into sections and set aside
7. Heat oil in the pan
8. Heat oil and add ginger slices
9. Stir-fry the ginger slices to release the fragrance
10. Add the meat slices and stir-fry until they change color
11. Add baby cabbage and stir-fry twice
12. Add appropriate amount of salt
13. Add more warm water than the baby cabbage
14. Spread tofu on top of baby cabbage
15. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over medium to low heat for 3-5 minutes
16. Add white pepper and sesame oil
17. Add coriander
18. Stir evenly and serve

Tips
- Cut the meat into thin slices. When stir-frying, add the baby cabbage as soon as it changes color. Stir-fry the baby cabbage twice. When adding water, add warm or hot water, otherwise the baby cabbage will take too long to cook. Nutrients are lost, and in the end, the cooking time should not exceed 5 minutes
