Chicken Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- Chicken legs 1 piece
- Spinach 100g
- Tahini 3 spoons
- Green onion segments 4-6 pieces
- Ginger slices 4-6 slices
- Salt 1 spoon
- White sugar 1 spoon
- White vinegar 1 spoon
- Fuel consumption 1 scoop
- Umami soy sauce 2 spoons
- Clear water 2 spoons
- Red oil 2 spoons
- Chopped green onion 5 grams
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients
2. Add water to the pot, add chicken legs, onions, ginger, and a spoonful of salt to the cold water~
3. Cook the chicken legs~
4. After the cooked chicken legs are slightly cool, tear them into strips along the texture
5. Wash the spinach and cut into segments~
6. Boil water to remove oxalic acid~
7. Then take a dip in cold water~
8. Pinch the spinach dry~
9. Put the sesame paste in a bowl, add sugar, oil, white vinegar, and umami soy sauce ~ then add water to dilute it, stir well and set aside ~
10. Put the chicken in a bowl and add spinach~

Tips
- Spinach contains a lot of oxalic acid, no matter how you eat it, remember to blanch it~
