Corn braised pork ribs
Ingredients
- Pork Ribs 800g
- Corn 2 roots
- Chestnut Pumpkin 300g
- Carrot 1
- Onion 10g
- Ginger 10g
- Garlic 10 grams
- Oil 8 grams
- White sugar 5 grams
- Anise 1 piece
- Peppercorns 15 grains
- Cooking wine 6ml
- Light soy sauce 6ml
- Braised soy sauce 8ml
- Fuel consumption 6ml
- Salt 8 grams
Steps
1. Prepare the ribs and cut them into pieces for later use.
2. Prepare some chestnut pumpkins.
3. Prepare carrots and corn.
4. Cut the chestnut pumpkin and set aside.
5. Cut corn and carrots and set aside.
6. Cut onions, ginger and garlic and set aside.
7. Boil water in a pot, add ribs, and boil to remove blood.
8. Remove the ribs, wash and set aside.
9. Pour oil into the pot, add sugar, peppercorns, and aniseed and stir-fry until fragrant.
10. Add pork ribs and stir-fry until fragrant.
11. Add cooking wine, oil, light soy sauce, and braised soy sauce.
12. Add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
13. Add boiling water and bring the pot to a boil.
14. Add pumpkin.
15. Add carrots, corn, and salt.
16. Stir evenly, simmer for 3 minutes, pour all ingredients into the pressure cooker, select the ribs button, and press it for 40 minutes.
17. A pot of fragrant corn-braised pork ribs is ready.
