Corn Carrot Pork Ribs Soup
Ingredients
- Pork Ribs 1.5 catties
- Corn 2 pieces
- Carrot 2 roots
- Green onions A section
- Ginger 4 slices
- Cilantro 1 root
- Anise 1 piece
- Cinnamon One paragraph
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum 8 pieces
- Salt Appropriate amount
- White wine 2 drops
Steps
1. Prepare all the ingredients (the color of the lighting at home is a problem, the photo has a color cast)
2. Cut the ribs into sections, wash and drain and set aside
3. Cut corn into segments
4. Carrot hob cutting
5. Cut green onions into sections and slice ginger
6. Put the ribs into the pot with cold water, add the onions and ginger, and bring to a boil over high heat to cook out the blood and dirt.
7. When the meat turns white, turn off the heat.Take out the ribs, rinse them with warm water, drain again and set aside.
8. When cold, add ginger, green onions and peppercorns and fry until fragrant
9. Add the pork ribs and stir-fry a little
10. Pour hot water into the pot, just enough to cover the ribs but not too full. Add corn and carrots too~
11. Add some green onions, star anise and cinnamon, turn down the heat, cover and simmer for 35-40 minutes
12. What comes out of the stew is white soup~
13. Add corn and carrots, add appropriate amount of salt, and continue to stew for 30 minutes
