Creamy Pumpkin Oatmeal
Ingredients
- Pumpkin puree 120g
- Instant oatmeal 50g
- Rock sugar 20g
- Milk powder 20g
Steps
1. Peel the pumpkin, wash it and cut into thin slices
2. Steam in a pot over water
3. Use a spoon to crush the steamed pumpkin into puree. You don’t need to press it too finely, just make it as you like.
4. All the ingredients are ready, let’s start cooking the porridge.
5. Put enough water in the milk pot to boil
6. Pour in the oatmeal and cook for 1 or 2 minutes
7. Then add rock sugar
8. Add pumpkin puree
9. Stir and cook for 1 minute and then turn off the heat.
10. After cooling slightly, add milk powder.
11. Stir evenly.
12. Enjoy the milky pumpkin oatmeal porridge.
13. Pair it with snacks to make a nutritious breakfast!
Tips
- Pump the pumpkin puree as finely or coarsely as you like.
- When adding milk powder at the end, be sure to wait for the porridge to dry for a while before adding it. Otherwise, if you add it too early, the milk powder will easily clump. Or you can just add milk.
