Crispy Scallion Pancake
Ingredients
- High-gluten flour Appropriate amount
- 60 degree hot water Appropriate amount
- Scallions Appropriate amount
- Lard Appropriate amount
- Salt Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Heat flour and water and knead into dough, let it rest for 10 minutes.
2. Cut the green onion into small pieces and set aside.

10. Cut into triangles and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Tips
