Ingredients
- Cucumber 2 roots
- Carrot 50g
- Dried fungus 25g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dried red pepper 3 pcs
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum 30 capsules
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
- Sugar Appropriate amount
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce 2 spoons
- Balsamic vinegar 3 spoons
Steps
1. Peel and wash cucumber.
2. Cut into hob blocks.
3. Wash the carrots and cut into small pieces.
4. Soak the dried fungus in advance, remove the roots and wash it thoroughly.
5. Cut the garlic into slices.
6. Boil water in a pot, add fungus and carrots and blanch them for one minute.
