Cucumber mixed with yuba
Ingredients
- Dried Bean Curd 85g
- Cucumber 1 root
- Carrot 55g
- Light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar Appropriate amount
- Salt, chicken essence Appropriate amount
- Sesame oil 2 spoons
- Red oil 2 spoons
Steps
1. Put the dried yuba into a large bowl and add half a spoonful of salt.
2. Add warm water and soak the yuba until soft.
3. Cut the cucumber into slices.
4. Cut the carrots into slices.
5. Bring water to a boil and add carrots.
6. Add the soaked yuba and turn off the fire together.
7. Remove from cold water.
8. Cut the blanched yuba into sections.
