Delicious mushroom and tofu soup
Ingredients
- White Jade Mushroom 200g
- Tofu 1 piece
- Eggs 2
- Ham Half one
- Onion 1 root
- Ginger Appropriate amount
Steps
1. 200g white jade mushroom, a piece of tofu, 2 eggs, half a ham, a green onion and an appropriate amount of ginger.
2. Boil a pot of water and set aside. Soak the white jade mushrooms in salt water for 5 minutes and clean them.
3. Finely chop the ginger and green onion.
4. Cut the white jade mushroom into small pieces.
5. Cut the tofu into small pieces.
6. Crack the eggs into the bowl.
7. Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot.
8. When the oil is hot, add the ginger and scallions and saute until fragrant.
9. Pour in the white jade mushroom and stir-fry over high heat to release the water.
10. Then pour two bowls of boiling water.
11. Then pour in the ham slices.
12. Pour in the tofu and wait until the water boils again.
13. Turn to low heat and pour in the egg liquid.
14. AddAdd appropriate amount of salt.
15. Olive oil.
16. Add chopped green onion.
17. Take out the pot.
18. Pour into a bowl.
19. Finished product.
