Dorayaki
Ingredients
- Low gluten flour 100g
- Fine sugar 25g
- Corn oil 10g
- Baking powder 2 grams
- Eggs 2
- Milk 30g
- Honey 10g
- Fine salt 2 grams
- Double Paste Feel free
Steps
1. Put eggs, milk, sugar, salt, oil and honey in the basin
2. Mix thoroughly to dissolve the sugar
3. Sift in the low-gluten flour and baking powder
4. Stir evenly and let it sit for 10 minutes
5. Stir a few more times with egg beaters
6. Use a pan
7. Take a spoonful of batter and pour it into the middle of the pot
8. Naturally form a circle
9. Fry over low heat until big bubbles appear
10. Turn over the bubbles immediately after they disappear
11. Fry it for a while
12. Fry everything in this way
13. After cooling, turn it over and spread a layer of red bean paste inside
14. Cover with another piece

- If you like red bean paste, you can apply it thicker
