Steps
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Soak prunes in warm water, wash and set aside.
3. Chop the pork belly into minced meat, or you can buy coarsely ground minced meat in the supermarket. (It is strongly recommended to use pork belly, as the dried plums absorb the oil and are delicious). Wash the dried chilies and cut into small pieces.
4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pan. When the oil is hot, add minced pork belly and stir-fry until it turns white. Stir-fry the fat meat until the oil is released and set aside. Leave some oil at the bottom of the pan.

6. Add the fried minced meat, seasoned with very fresh soy sauce, seasonedStir-fry soy sauce, oyster sauce, rock sugar, appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and dried chili until evenly mixed.
7. Pour in an appropriate amount of warm water (add just enough water to cover the surface of the ingredients), cover and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes. When the soup thickens, turn to high heat to reduce the juice. , set aside.
8. Add 2 grams of salt to 250 grams of flour.
9. Add 10 grams of cooking oil and 130 grams of warm water (the amount of water added should be adjusted according to the water absorption rate of the flour. It is recommended to add small amounts and multiple times).
10. Use chopsticks to stir into snowflakes.
11. Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes. Knead again, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
12. Roll the awakened dough into long strips and cut into dough pieces of suitable size.
13. Flatten the dough and roll it into a dough that is thin on the edges and slightly thick in the middle.
14. Fill with prunes, vegetables and meat stuffing.
15. Use the technique of making a bun to fold and close the mouth.
16. Flatten the wrapped cake base and brush a thin layer of water on one side.
