Preheat the oven to 200℃ for 5 minutes, take out the tart shellStep 6
Pour in the egg tart liquid until it is 90% full, place it in the middle and lower rack of the oven and bake for 25 minutes. I made 30 and baked them in 3 batches.Step 7
