Prepare an oil-free pot, add water, ginger slices, cooking wine, soaked fish maw, and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.Step 4

Wash the ribs.Step 6
Add water to the pot, pour in the ribs, ginger slices, and cooking wine, and cook out the blood in the ribs. Then wash the ribs.Step 7
Add water to the pot again, add the ribs, fish maw, and washed cordyceps flowers. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1.5-2 hours.Step 8
When it is almost simmering, add the wolfberry, simmer for about 10 minutes, and add salt to taste. Take out the pot~ Cooking Tips for Fish Maw Cordyceps Flower Pork Ribs Soup
