Ingredients
- lettuce 300g
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Light soy sauce Half tablespoon
- Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
- White sugar 2 teaspoons
- Tahini 1 tablespoon

Steps
1. Remove old and yellow leaves from lettuce.
