Garlic Vermicelli and Baby Cabbage
Ingredients
- Baby cabbage 2 pieces
- Fans A handful
- Garlic Eight cloves
- Salt 0.5 tbsp
- Oil Appropriate amount
- Scallion One
- Chicken essence A little
- Extremely fresh soy sauce Appropriate amount

Steps
1. Soak the vermicelli ginger in water until soft
2. Wash and cut baby cabbage
3. Mince the garlic.
4. Chop the green onions and set aside.
5. Put water in the pot and boil, add a little salt and a little oil
6. Add baby cabbage and blanch until cooked, then scald the vermicelli too.
7. Arrange the baby cabbage on the plate first
8. Place the dolls placed by fans on top
9. Put oil in the pot.
10. Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
11. Add appropriate amount of salt and mix well.
12. Add appropriate amount of fresh flavor and mix well.
13. Stir fry evenly.
14. Add appropriate amount of water starch and bring to a boil over high heat. Add a little chicken essence and mix well.
15. Then pour the fried garlic onto the vermicelli.
16. Put the microwave on medium heat for 3 minutes.
17. Heat additional hot oil.
18. Place the chopped green onions on top of the minced garlic.
19. Pour the freshly heated oil onto the chopped green onions.
Tips
- You can also steam it in a pot. If you steam it in a pot, it will take about ten minutes. I just microwaved it for three minutes just to make it faster.
