Glutinous rice cake
Ingredients
- Glutinous rice flour 155g
- Cornstarch 20g
- White sugar 10 grams
- Milk 190g
- Corn oil 40g
- Matcha powder 2 grams
- Bean paste filling Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. Put glutinous rice flour, corn starch, and sugar into a container
3. Add milk
4. Stir until there is no dry powder and it is smooth
5. Add corn oil
6. Stir evenly again
7. Sieve once
8. Cover with plastic wrap
9. Poke a few small holes on the surface with toothpicks
10. Place in a steamer with boiling water and steam over high heat for 20 minutes
11. Take out the steamed glutinous rice cake, put it in a plastic bag, and knead it into a smooth dough when it is not hot.
12. Divide the glutinous rice dough into two equal-sized portions
13. Take one portion and add matcha powder and knead evenly
14. The kneaded dough is smooth and delicate and can be drawn
15. Sprinkle dry powder on the silicone mat and roll the glutinous rice dough into a long strip
16. Spread bean paste filling in the middle
17. Wrap it up again and pinch it tightly.
18. Cut into segments
19. Do the same with matcha glutinous rice dough, then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour before eating, it will taste more delicious
