Golden soup and fat beef
Ingredients
- Fat Cow 200 grams

- Enoki mushroom 1 handful

Steps
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Remove the roots of Enoki mushrooms and wash them clean.
3. Wash the duck with blood and cut into slices.
4. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the wok, add pickled pepper paste and pickled peppers.
5. Add chopped green onion. Stir fry until red oil emerges.
