Grilled Pork Ribs with Honey Sauce
Ingredients
- Pork Ribs 100g
- Salt 2 grams
- Sugar 5 grams
- Onion Appropriate amount
- Ginger Appropriate amount
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum 4g
- Star anise Two grains
- Oyster sauce 5 grams
- Light soy sauce 10g
- Dark soy sauce 5 grams
- Barbecued pork sauce 5g
- Seafood Sauce 5g
- Chili powder Appropriate amount
- Cumin powder Appropriate amount

Steps
1. Let's take a "whole photo" first
2. Pour salt, pepper and star anise into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant!
3. Cut green onions into small sections.
4. Slice ginger and set aside.
