Homemade Garlic Hot Sauce
Ingredients

Steps
1. I bought a box of garlic and was wondering how to eat it. A friend gave me inspiration.
2. Break the garlic into cloves.

8. Replace the mincing blade.
9. Start and smash the garlic.
10. In about 30 seconds, the minced garlic is completed, take it out and set aside.
11. Wash the peppers, remove the roots and put them into a meat grinder.
12. Start to crush the chilies.
13. Preparation work is completed.
14. Heat the oil pan and add more oil. After it is done, the oil can be used for cooking or cold dishes. Add a little to make it especially delicious.
15. When the oil temperature is 70% hot, add minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat until the aroma of garlic comes out.
16. Add salt and stir-fry evenly.
17. Add chopped chili.
18. Add thirteen incense. (You can leave it alone if you don’t like it)
19. Continue to stir-fry over low heat for 3 minutes.Turn off the heat.
20. Take it out and put it on a plate, don’t be too sloppy~~
