Hot and sour cold cowpeas
Ingredients
- Cowpea 300g
- Small pepper 4 pieces
- Garlic 1 piece
- Old ginger A small piece
- Balsamic vinegar 1 spoon
- Light soy sauce One and a half spoonful
- White sugar Half spoon
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Chili pepper One and a half spoonful
- Coriander oil One and a half spoons
Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients
2. Chop the garlic and ginger into fine pieces, and cut the small pepper into small rings.
3. Chop the cowpeas into small pieces, and assemble the ginger, garlic and chili and set aside.
4. Wash the cowpeas.
5. After the water boils, pour the cowpeas into the boiling water and cook.
6. Blanch the cowpeas until cooked.
7. Pick up the cowpeas and soak them in cold water twice.
8. Drain the cowpeas after soaking in cold water.
9. Drain and put the cowpeas on a plate.
10. Pour coriander oil into the pot and cook until cooked.
11. Add the cooked coriander oil, salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, spicy chili pepper, and white sugar to the seasoning bowl, then stir to mix.
12. Finally, pour the seasoning on the arranged cowpeas, and it’s done!
Tips
- 1. Boil the cowpeas until they are done!
- 2. After blanching the cowpeas, take them out and run them through cold water.
