Steps

2. I forgot to buy peanuts, that’s okay. As a food blogger, fried peanuts are no small matter! Put more oil, add peanuts, and fry slowly over low heat. Don't be impatient about the fire. If it burns black, your mother will scold you!
3. Fry for about ten minutes on low heat, then start the pot. Don’t try it at this time. The peanuts just out of the pot are not crispy and need to be cooled down. It will become brittle. 5. While the noodles are cooking, we can make the hot and sour soup base. Remember first, put minced garlic, white sesame seeds, chili noodles and spicy millet in the bowl. By the way, remember to use a heat-resistant bowl, because the hot oil will be choked for a while, and a bowl that is not heat-resistant may explode.
6. You should be able to choke on hot oil, right? Just pour the oil into a clean pot without water, heat it until it starts to smoke, and immediately pour it into a bowl. The hot oil will completely stimulate the aroma of the ingredients. Children, please ask your mother to do this process, and be careful not to get splashed by oil.
7. Next, start seasoning. First, two spoons of light soy sauce, 3 spoons of balsamic vinegar, sour and spicy taste, and there must be no less vinegar. Generally, it is recommended to use balsamic vinegar. If you don’t have it, white vinegar will also work, but you can add more as needed.
