Steps
1. Wash and peel the iron yam first, then cut it into diagonal slices and set aside; (remember to wear gloves when peeling, otherwise it will be itchy and uncomfortable)
2. A spoonful of bean paste, chopped with a knife;

Tips
- 1. The yam must be iron rod yam. Only this kind of yam can have a crisp and sweet taste when fried.
