Krill and Leek Potstickers
Ingredients
- Dumpling skin 24 sheets
- Chives 180g
- Krill meat 185g
- Rapeseed oil Appropriate amount
- Chopped green onion A little
- Chicken powder A little
- Table salt 1 tsp
- Black sesame A little
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients
2. Let pure krill meat thaw naturally at room temperature
3. The thawed krill meat can be cooked directly, or it can be rinsed slightly and squeezed dry before use
4. Pick the leeks, wash them and chop them into pieces
5. Put in a bowl with krill meat, add salt, chicken powder and rapeseed oil
6. Use chopsticks to stir evenly in one direction
7. Take a portion of the dumpling wrapper and place an appropriate amount of krill and leek filling
8. Fold the upper and lower sides toward the middle and pinch them tightly, then wrap them and place them on the chopping board
9. Heat the pan and pour in rapeseed oil
10. Arrange the wrapped krill pot stickers evenly
11. Turn on medium and small fire

Tips
- 1. The krill meat is very small and can be defrosted naturally. Do not tear open the packaging bag and soak it in water to defrost
- 2. You can use freshly made raw dumplings to make pot stickers, or you can use quick-frozen dumplings and leftover cooked dumplings
- 3. When pouring water, try to pour it in slowly from all sides. Never pour water directly on the skin, as it will affect the texture of the skin. Taste
