Laoganma fried rice
Ingredients
- Egg 1
- Rice 1 bowl
- Shiitake mushrooms Three
- Carrot A small section
- Scallions 2 roots
- Laoganma hot sauce A spoonful
- Salt A small spoon
Steps
1. Wash and cut various side dishes into small cubes. Side dishes include carrots, green vegetables, mushrooms, and green onions
2. Beat an egg into egg juice, keep it for later use
3. A bowl of leftover overnight rice
4. Heat the oil, add the ingredients and stir-fry
5. Pour in the rice and stir-fry until the rice pieces are cooked. Because the rice I steamed is hard, some water has evaporated overnight. Stir-fry it with the vegetables just enough to absorb the rice. The moisture is just right
6. Stir-fry for three minutes, add a tablespoon of Laoganma and a teaspoon of salt
7. Stir-fry all the Laoganma sauce, pour in the egg liquid and continue to stir-fry, let the egg liquid wrap the rice grains, let the egg liquid be fully absorbed, and it is ready to serve
8. Just delicious and simple fried rice
Tips
- One tablespoon of Laoganma and a small spoon of salt. Add according to your taste. It is best to use overnight rice for fried rice
