Add a dried Roselle flower while it's hot (if you don't have Roselle flowers, you can also use black wolfberry, mulberry or edible plants containing anthocyanins). Pregnant women should not eat it. When the color of the sweet and sour water changes to light pink, you can fish out the flowers. If you find it troublesome, you can skip this step and just pour the sweet and sour water into the radish. Personally, I prefer to use Roselle flowers to dye the vinegar.
