Make your own street food---Crispy boneless chicken tenders
Ingredients

Steps
1. Take two pieces of chicken breast, remove the fascia and chicken fat.
2. Use a pine meat hammer to fluff it.
3. Cut the chicken breast diagonally into 0.5cm strips.
4. Add salt.

13. Mix the seasonings and chicken breasts evenly, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
14. Take out the marinated chicken and add baking soda.
15. Add cornstarch and mix evenly.
16. Beat the whole eggs.
17. Pour the chicken into the egg liquid and coat the surface evenly with the egg liquid.
18. Take another plate and pour bread crumbs into it, then wrap the egg-coated chicken in a layer of bread crumbs.
19. Grasp the bread crumbs on the surface of the chicken with your hands, put it on a plate and set aside.
20. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot (adjust according to the size of the pot).
21. When the oil temperature reaches 170 degrees, put an appropriate amount of chicken into the oil pan and fry.
22. Do not flip the chicken immediately after it is put into the pot. Wait for 20 seconds to allow it to set slightly before flipping it.
23. Fry until the surface is golden brown and take it out.
24. Place on a drying net to drain excess oil.
25. Sprinkle salt, sugar, chili powder and cumin powder before eating according to your own taste. You can also eat it with tomato sauce.
Tips
- If you don’t have ginger powder and garlic powder, you can also use fresh ginger and garlic instead. Remove the ginger and garlic before rolling.
- Red bell pepper powder is not spicy, so you don’t need to add it.
- Pay attention to the change of oil temperature when frying. It is not suitable to be too high or too low. Let’s master it based on experience after doing it a few times!
