Meat Sauce Noodles
Ingredients
- Arowana Premium + Active Fermentation Hollow Noodles 1 serving
- Minced meat 25g
- Red pepper 1 piece
- Green pepper 1 piece
- Shiitake mushrooms 3 pcs
- Scallions 2 roots
- Cilantro 2 pcs
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
- Oyster sauce 1 spoon
- Doubanjiang 1 spoon
- Onion Half
- Starch 1g
Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients and grind the pork into mince in advance.
2. Rinse the mushrooms with cold water, blanch them, put the cold water into the pot, boil and cook for about 2 minutes, take them out.
3. Wash the red and green peppers, remove the roots and cut into small cubes.
4. Peel and dice the onions, remove the roots of the shallots and coriander, wash and chop them finely, blanch the shiitake mushrooms and dice them, and the preparations are done.
5. Heat the oil in the pan, add onions and stir-fry, then add mushrooms and stir-fry.
6. Add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color.
7. Add cooking wine to remove the meaty smell.
8. Add the doubanjiang, there is no requirement for the doubanjiang, you can choose the doubanjiang you usually use.
9. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
10. Add a small spoonful of light soy sauce for freshness.
11. Add half a small bowl of purified water, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and stir-fry for 1 minute.
12. Add the chopped red and green peppers and stir-fry.
13. Dissolve the starch with a little water, pour it into the meat sauce, stir-fry quickly until thick, add chopped coriander, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and set aside.
14. To prepare noodles, add pure water to the pot and bring to a boil. (I chose Arowana’s new fermented hollow noodles, which taste great and are not easy to burn)
15. After the water boils, add the noodles and cook the noodles over high heat.
16. Remove the cooked noodles from cold water, drain the water, put it into a noodle bowl, and serve with the meat sauce.

Tips
- The meat sauce I made did not add salt, because oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and bean paste all contain salt. You can also choose whether to add salt according to your personal taste. . I chose the "Arowana Premium + New Active Fermented Hollow Noodles" noodles which are very chewy. This noodle is actively fermented, which makes it better absorbed and digested. , the key point is not to be blurry, other noodles are basically difficult to eat and become a lump after we take pictures.
