Minced Pork Custard
Ingredients

- Meat filling 100g
- Oil Appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon

Steps
1. Prepare the remaining meat filling and eggs
2. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them
3. Add warm water, the ratio of eggs to water is 1:1.5
4. Strain the egg liquid through a strainer to remove the floating residue
5. Pour the filtered egg liquid into the bowl
6. Cover the bowl with a layer of plastic wrap, prick a few holes with toothpicks, put it into the pot and steam until it is cooked. After the water boils, steam for about 10 minutes
7. While steaming the egg custard, start frying the minced meat, put oil in the pot, and add chopped green onion to the pot

10. Add a little water, cook it for a while, and cook the minced meat until there is some soup, which can be poured onto the egg custard

- The ratio of egg liquid to water is 1:1.5. If the meat is not the remaining meat filling, add salt and soy sauce to season when frying
