Ingredients
- Dumpling skin 6 sheets
- Peas, corn kernels 1 small handful each
- Carrot 1/4 root
- Cherry tomatoes 4-6 pieces
- Homemade tomato sauce Two spoons
- Cheese 10-15g
- Vegetable oil A little
- Salt A little (optional)
Steps
1. Prepare all ingredients, dice carrots, tomatoes and cherries.
2. Brush the pan with a layer of vegetable oil, spread the eggs into thin pancakes, use a spatula to break into small pieces, remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Add peas, corn kernels, and diced carrots and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes. You can add a little salt to taste (optional).
4. Take the fried vegetables out of the pot and put them aside together with the egg cubes
5. Place the dumpling wrappers on the muffin mold
6. Apply a thin layer of tomato sauce
7. Evenly put the mixture from step 4 on each dumpling wrapper
8. Put tomatoes and cherries
9. Spread a thin layer of cheese
10. Place in the oven at 180 degrees (preheat for 8-10 minutes in advance), then bake for about 12-15 minutes.
