Sheep tripe 500g | cilantro Appropriate amount |

I bought the raw lamb tripe and washed it myself. Wash it once with salt, once with vinegar, and again with baking soda. After washing, it will be basically very clean. Then boil water in a pot, blanch the lamb tripe and cut into strips. Be sure not to over-blanch the lamb tripe, otherwise it will not taste good and will be very hard.Step 2
