Salt 3 grams | Mulberry Jam 3 spoons |

Step 1
Pour all the ingredients in and mix evenly. The dryness and wetness are as shown in the figure. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 1 hour (the same goes for replacing jam with other ingredients. If you don’t add jam, you can add more sugar according to your taste)Step 2
