Mushroom and minced meat tofu
Ingredients
- Silky tofu 500g
- Lean meat 100g
- Shiitake mushrooms 60g
- Cilantro 1 plant
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
- Doubanjiang 1 tablespoon
- Salt A little
Steps
1. Rinse the surface of the tofu and cut it into small pieces.
2. Pour water into the pot, put the tofu cubes into the pot with cold water, and add a little salt.
3. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
4. Remove and control the moisture for later use.
5. Chop the lean meat into small pieces.
6. Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
7. Wash and chop the coriander.
8. Chop the garlic.
9. Heat an appropriate amount of cooking oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add watercressFry the sauce to produce red oil.
10. Add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color.
11. Add mushroom pieces.
12. Stir-fry until the mushrooms become soft.
13. Add boiling water and cook for 2 minutes, then add tofu.
14. Bring to the boil again, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the tofu is fragrant and the soup is almost dry.
15. Turn off the heat and add chopped coriander.
16. Use the remaining heat of the pot to stir-fry evenly.
17. Waves of fragrance come out.
18. Serve the rice and start eating!
Tips
- Doubanjiang is very salty, so I did not add any salt to this dish. Friends with strong tastes can add salt according to their own taste.
