No Bake Cheesecake
Oreo Cookies 85 grams | Butter 40g |
cream cheese 250g | Light cream 150g |
Pure milk 100 grams | Fine sugar 55 grams |
Gelatin tablets 10 grams |
Step 1
In the hot summer, a piece of cheesecake is a must-have!Step 2
Prepare the materials. The biscuits are Sakura Matcha flavored Oreo biscuits, which I love very much❤️. The surface of the finished product is sprinkled with dried frozen strawberries, the one in the lower left corner.Step 3
Remove the center of the Oreo biscuits, roll the biscuits into crumbs with a rolling pin, add melted butter and mix well. Mix the gelatine tablets with a little milk to dissolve.Step 4
Spread the mixed biscuit crumbs evenly on the bottom of a 6-inch removable bottom cake tin and flatten with the back of a spoon. Place in the refrigerator and set aside.Step 5
Heat the remaining pure milk and whipping cream slightly and stir well (be careful not to boil), then mix with the gelatin sheet solution and mix well.Step 6
Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and soften it over water. (It must be completely softened so that there are no particles in the finished product.) Use a whisk to beat the cream cheese until it is smooth. Then add the fine sugar and mix well. Be sure to beat it until it is completely gone. Granular, very smooth.Step 7
Pour the mixture of pure milk, whipping cream and gelatine slices into the cream cheese in 3 batches, using a spatula each time to mix evenly before pouring in the next batch.Step 8
Pour the mixed cheese batter on top of the digestive biscuitsStep 9
Tap the mold lightly to make it more even and flat, wrap it in plastic wrap (you can sprinkle dried strawberries or biscuit crumbs on the surface according to personal preference, it doesn't matter whether you sprinkle it or not) and put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.Step 10
About demoulding: Take it out and defrost it in advance, find a tall cup or something like that and push it up from the bottom, then you can demould easily~Step 11
So pink and tender, I like it so muchStep 12
