Noodles + Crab Flavored Egg Fried Soybean Noodles
Ingredients
- Doubanjiang 100g
- Eggs 2
- Ginger 10g
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vegetable oil Appropriate amount
- Noodles 200g
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients!
2. Crack the eggs into the bowl.
3. Cut the ginger into fine pieces and add it to the bowl with eggs and stir evenly with chopsticks.
4. Add about 30 ml of water to the bean paste and stir evenly with chopsticks.
5. Chop the garlic into fine pieces and set aside.
6. Heat the wok and add vegetable oil.
7. When the oil is 70% hot, pour in the eggs. When slightly solidified, use chopsticks to break them up.
8. Put the eggs into a bowl and set aside.
9. Heat the wok and add appropriate amount of vegetable oil.
10. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant!
11. Pour in bean paste and stir-fry evenly.
12. Pour in the spread eggs and continue to stir-fry.
13. Stir fry for about two minutes and then turn off the heat and serve!
14. After the sauce is ready, start cooking the noodles. Put appropriate amount of water into the pot.
15. After the water boils, add noodles.
16. When the noodles are cooked until there is no hard core, take them out and put them into a basin filled with cold water.
17. A bowl of fragrant crab-flavored egg noodle soup is ready!
