Steps
1. Add a little warm water to the milk until it is not hot, and add yeast powder
2. Add a little peanut oil to the flour, add the milk gradually, and mix well with chopsticks to form a dough
3. Let the noodles rest for 20 minutes
4. In a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, stir-fry a small amount of flour (in addition to the marked amount) over low heat. Fry the flour until it turns slightly yellow and smells fragrant. Or you can microwave it for about 2 minutes

8. Roll as you go. Just pull the dough out from the edge, make the dough thinner, and roll it up at the same time. Be sure to use even force and don’t expose the filling
9. Roll it into a long strip and seal it
10. Twist from both ends in opposite directions to form a twist

13. Place in the preheated oven, heat the middle layer up and down, and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. The specific time and temperature should be increased or decreased according to the size and thickness of the sesame cake
