Papaya One/half is fine | Milk 100ml |
Gelatin 5 grams | Fine sugar 15 grams |
Step 1
Soak gelatine sheets in water.Step 2
I used a papaya and cut it open at any end.Step 3
Remove the seeds with a spoon.Step 4
Boil the milk and sugar, add the softened gelatine, and mix thoroughly.Step 5
Pour into the center of the papaya and refrigerate until it clumps (if the milk solidifies, it must be refrigerated)Step 6
