Pickled pepper chicken gizzards
Ingredients
- Chicken gizzards 250g
- Pickled pepper 10 pieces
- White sugar 1 spoon
- Oyster sauce 1 spoon
- raw oil 1 spoon
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Yellow Lantern Chili Sauce 1/2 spoon
- Onion and ginger A little
- Garlic 2 cloves
Steps
1. Prepare the required ingredients.
2. Remove the white fascia from the chicken gizzards and clean them inside and out.
3. Cut the chicken gizzards into two parts and cut them vertically.
4. Make a few more horizontal cuts and cut it into a chrysanthemum shape.
5. Cut a little onion, ginger and garlic.
6. Boil the water in the pot, add a piece of ginger, a little cooking wine, and blanch the chicken gizzards.
7. Take it out and cool it with cold water.
8. After the oil in the wok is hot, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
9. Add chicken gizzards and stir-fry.
10. Add a spoonful of Yellow Lantern chili sauce.
11. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little light soy sauce and salt.
12. Add a little sugar.
13. Add a little red and green pepper to add some color.
14. Finally add the pickled peppers and stir-fry over high heat evenly.

Tips
- The white fascia on the surface of the chicken gizzards should be cleaned, and any residual yellow chicken gizzards inside should also be removed.
