Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small dices, cut the tofu skin into shreds, I didn’t cut the mushrooms but cut them with a flower knife, cut the fish balls and fish tofu in half, cut the rapeseed in half, cut the green pepper into small rings, and cut the green onions and Chop ginger and coriander finely.Step 3
Wash the potato vermicelli in a basin of cold water and break it up with your hands, drain out the water and put it into a large bowl for later use.Step 4
