Ingredients
- Chicken wings 8 pieces
- Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- White wine 1 tablespoon
- Star anise 10g
- Rock sugar Appropriate amount
- Ginger slices 15g
- Scallions 15g

Steps
1. Make three diagonal cuts on the chicken wings
2. Add boiling water

Tips
