Pumpkin multigrain rice for one person
Ingredients
- Pumpkin 1 piece
- Rice 1 spoon
- Glutinous rice 1 spoon
- Brown rice 1 scoop
- Quinoa 1 scoop
- Red dates 3 pcs
- Raisins A few
Steps
1. Wash rice, glutinous rice, brown rice and quinoa
2. Add half a bowl of water and soak for 30 minutes in advance
3. Wash the red dates, remove the core and cut into small cubes
4. Wash the raisins and set aside
5. Wash each small pumpkin
6. Cut in thirds and remove the seeds and inner flesh
7. Pour out the water from the soaked rice, add diced red dates and raisins and mix evenly
8. Pour the mixed ingredients into half of the pumpkin
9. Add water until 8 minutes full Don’t add too much water, as it will prolong the ripening time and easily burst the pumpkin
10. Cover the pumpkin, place the pumpkin on a plate, and fill the steamer with water
11. Steam for 25 minutes until the rice is cooked
12. The finished product, pumpkin and rice are eaten together, it is sweet.
