Purple sweet potato buns
Ingredients
- Purple sweet potato puree 30g
- Milk 20g
- Flour 70g
- Yeast powder 1g
- White sugar 7 grams
Steps
1. Peel and cut purple sweet potatoes into cubes and steam until cooked.
2. Use a spoon to press into puree.
3. Add sugar and yeast.
4. Pour in milk.
5. Stir evenly.
6. Pour in flour.
7. Stir into floc.
8. Knead until smooth and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 10 minutes.
9. Roll out the dough and cut into small pieces.
10. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise again for 20 minutes.
11. Put in non-stick pan.
12. Keep flipping.
13. Just paint both sides.
14. Cover the pot and simmer for about 2 minutes.
